What is the delivery delay ?

Usually, orders received before 12 hours will be sent the next day. In this case, the delivery time will be 48 hours for the province of Tenerife and Gran Canaria, 72h for Fuerteventura and Lanzarote (weekdays).

All items are protected in cardboard boxes so that products arrive in perfect condition, we only work with transport companies trustworthy (Integra2, SEUR, and UPS).

All products displayed in our store are available and no longer appear when they are exhausted.

What happens if a product arrived damaged ?

If one or more products arrived damaged due to transportation, we will send you a new product or we will refund the full amount once we receive the products. All the additional transport costs will be borne by PRESTIGIOYTRADICION.COM, provided that the product has not been used, altered or falsified.

When you receive your order and see that the package is opened or damaged, note the schedule of the carrier, “PENDING TO REVIEW” or the situation you have just observed.

Noting that the product is damaged please contact us by email (through the contact form) within a maximum of 24 hours for perishable products (food and beverages) in poor condition, and 14 calendar days for non-perishable products from the receipt of the order, stating clearly the nature of the problem and attaching a photograph of the damaged product.

Please remember that if we treat an exchange or refund it is essential that you contact us first. We accept no exchange or refund if we have not received any prior notification.

If one or more products received do not match your order, we’ll send you the right products or we will refund the full amount in the form of a PRESTIGIOYTRADICION.COM purchase voucher once we receive the products. All additional costs shall be borne by PRESTIGIOYTRADICION.COM, provided that the product has not been used, altered or falsified.

To do this, please contact us (through the contact form) within a maximum of 24 hours for perishable products (food and beverages), and 14 calendar days for non-perishable products from the receipt of the order, stating clearly the nature of the problem or reason for return. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied ?

Yes.
If for any reason other than the above you are not satisfied, you can return a product. In this case, after receiving the products in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will reimburse the full amount. However, note that the cost of return transportation will be your responsibility.

To do this, please contact us (through the contact form) within a maximum of 14 calendar days for non-perishable products from the receipt of the order, with no need to explain the reason for return.

If your order has not yet been sent, we will refund the full amount.

If you have already received the order, you must send it back. In this case, after receiving the products in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will refund the full amount in the form of a PRESTIGIOYTRADICION.COM purchase voucher. However, note that the cost of return transportation will be your responsibility. The deadline for the cancellation of an order is 14 calendar days for non-perishable products from the receipt of the order. We do not accept exchanges or returns of perishable products in good condition.
