Description:

Legarra is an Assaf Raw Sheep’s Artisanal Shepherd’s Milk cheese, made by hand with raw Assaf sheep milk from its own flock .., containing not less than 45% fat. The bark is hard, pale yellow in color. The paste is compact, variable in color: from white to yellowish ivory. Its flavor is intense, creamy and of excellent quality.

Recommendation: For appetizers, cheese boards, or on any type of bread or toast.
