Aroma: Intense black fruit and spices on bottom of toffee and caramel.
Palate: Sweet and fresh, reaching its peak in the measure over time in the glass, silky finish and pleasant memory.
Pairing: Red meat, grilled, charcuterie, hard cheeses.
