Description:

Los Meleses is a soft paste goat cheese with white mold, it is made with pasteurized goat milk, the rennet used is of animal origin and lacks any type of preservatives, thus obtaining a fully natural product, containing 43% fat. It is a creamy cheese with intense flavors and velvety aromas, this makes it very pleasant on the palate. Its bark is edible and the mold that surrounds it is highly digestive. As the cheese matures, its texture changes, which becomes more and more creamy (from the outside to the inside), increasing its initial flavor and in turn making it more intense both on the palate and on the nose.

Recommendation: For salads, cheese boards, baked in the oven, grilled or in any type of bread or toast.
