Tasting Notes
View: Soft rose with light tones fuchsia and tracks of strawberry pale.
Aroma: Touches of red fruits as the strawberries, grenade, white flowers and tropical aromas, you notice of vanilla fresh airs yielded by the delicacy of the oak
Palate: Typical of the style of pink, light but with great balance between the smoothness, resultant of the careful vilification and a balanced well acidity.
Pairing: Ideal as appetizer and with fished raw, Carpaccio of white fish, it grazes with sea urchins, salami or Iberian ham of acorn, salad with chicken, olives and lemon, sweet and sour gourd, fried seafood, grazes with spawns of fish and fried artichokes.
